| Description: | A study was conducted on the direct impact of Zn di-(di-n-butyryl lysinate) (ZDBL), Ca di-(di-n-butyryl lysinate), and Na butyrate on NADPH Oxidase 4 (NOX-4) enzyme. In this study, 0.01 gram of sample was dissolved in 1 ml propanediol to make solution. For the analysis, a 1 to 2 serial dilution of the stock solution of the sample using buffer was made to determine the IC50 values. The analysis was done following NOX4 ELISA kit (My BioSource, Catalog #MBS2505108) protocol. |
