| Description: | Table 2: Purpose: In order to investigate the specificity of compounds for target inhibition, this study tested the activity and selectivity of test compound 1 on the non-target kinases of related pathways on the Eurofins kinaseProfilerTM platform. The IC 50 was used as an indicator for compound screening. And analysis.Experimental methods and procedures: The detection of compound 1 for each selected kinase uses the Eurofins standard Kinase ProfilerTM experimental procedure, which follows the relevant standard operating procedures. The IC 50 values of inhibitory activity of test compound 1 on 67 kinases including Abl(h), B-Raf(h), BTK(h) and JAK(h) were analyzed. |
