| Description: | For PPARgamma, the percentage inhibition was calculated relative to rosiglitazone, which was used as the active site-specific competitive binder. Fluorescence polarization measurements were performed on an LJL Analyst (Molecular Devices, Sunnyvale, CA) using an excitation wavelength of 485 nm and an emission wavelength of 530 nm. IC50, Hill slope, and maximal and minimal inhibition values were calculated in XLfit (IDBS, Guildford, Surrey, UK). |
