| Description: | Polarization for the fluorescein-UDP conjugated probe in the presence of inhibitors was measured on a Tecan M1000 microplate reader, exciting with 470 nm light and monitoring emission at 525 nm. Each condition was tested in triplicate in the presence of 220 nM K. pneumoniae UGM and 23.3 nM of the probe. |
