| Description: | Briefly, the assay was performed in 96-well plates in 50 mm PBS, pH 7.2 as the assay buffer, at 37 °C. The APN solution was mixed with compounds at various concentrations and incubated at 37 °C for 5 min. Subsequently, the substrate (l-leucine-p-nitroanilide) was added and the mixture was incubated for 30 min at 37°C. Finally, the hydrolysis of the substrate was measured by a microplate reader (Thermo Fisher, Shanghai, China) at 405 nm. |
