| Description: | In kinetic assay, the TP enzyme (0.058 U/well) was incu- bated with different concentrations of inhibitor (0.5 0.001 mM) for 10 min at 30 C. The reaction was then initiated by adding different concentrations of substrate (0.1875 1.5 mM). Degradation of thymidine was measured continuously at 290 nm for 10 min on ELISA plate reader [Bera et al., Chem. Biol. Drug Des., 82:351-360]. |
