| Description: | The mixture of a S6-peptide, ATP, and test compound was added to the wells using a BioRAPTR FRD Workstation (Aurora Discovery). Reaction was started by addition of MRCK. After 75 min at RT the reaction was stopped by addition of Kinase-Glo reagent and plate was read after 10 min incubation time at RT on the Viewlux in luminescence mode. |
